He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Norma Cogswell (Burkhart); his grandson James Matthew Clark; his brother John Edward Cogswell; his brother-in-law Stephen Later; and his nephew Nicholas Later.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tasha Legg (Matthew) of Sumner, IL, Christine Williams of Prattville, AL and Gloria Stovall (Jesse) of Dundas, IL; and his siblings, Terry Reel (Dava) of Vincennes, IN, Bruce Reel, Sandy Sears (David) of Bridgeport, IL and Cindy Russell (Bob) of Vincennes, IN. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews, and several Grand-Nieces and Grand-Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to offset funeral expenses.
