He was predeceased by: his parents, Lessel Travers and Ruth Richey Travers; and his sisters, Donna Travers and Marilyn Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Leota Watkins of Noble; and his children, Deborah Thurston (Mark) of Bloomington, Illinois and Kevin Travers of Newburgh, Indiana..
