He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Bob" Vaughn and Elizabeth "Liffet" Vaughn; and his sister Mary Gertrude Newcomb. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Oleg Vaughn of Tampa, FL. and Robert John Vaughn of Chicago; his siblings, Ann Cravens (Michael) of Tucson, AZ, Carol Schafer of Palos Heights, IL, Charles Bradley Vaughn (Karen) of Olney and Kathleen Vaughn of Olney; his aunt Trudy Reynolds of Tulsa, OK; and his uncle Frank Gassmann of Olney. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dozens of cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home - Olney (205 E Elm St, Olney, IL 62450). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
