He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Barthelme and Marjorie Barthelme (Strutner); and his sister Janyce Rubsam. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Parker (Matt) of Newton, Illinois and Jessie Rudy (David) of Marion; and his grandsons, Colin Parker, Jon Rudy and Joseph Rudy. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In loving memory of John, memorials may be made to John's grandchildren's education fund.
