He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Carlton Todd and Inez (Farran); his grandson Matthew Atha; and his sister Sandy Greene. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Rumpler, Linda Hillyard, Angela Hillyard, Shania Kinsel, Maggie Kinsel and James Todd Jr.; his girlfriend Janice Navin; and his sisters, Nancy Lining, Vicki Keesecker and Rosalee Schnell (William). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and one great grandchild; and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made to the family for funeral expenses.
