He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl F. Harrell and Myra Walker Harrell (Walker); his son Tony Harrell; and his sisters, Wanda Lee Goodwin, Mina Rae Harrell and Mira Linn Cazel.
He is survived by: his wife Kimbara G. Harrell; and his children, Cecelia A. Ealey and Christopher J Harrell. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephew.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meyer Funeral Home - Olney (945 S West St, Olney, IL 62450). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Olney Public Library or Carle RMH Hospice.
