She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Phelps of Olney, IL; her children, Tony Phelps (Barb) of Bolivar, MO, Stewart Phelps (Cindy) of Broughton, IL and Billi Gordon (Rodney) of Macon, GA; and her grandchildren, Chasiti Phelps (Roger), Cara Jones (Josh) and Steven Phelps. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
