He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Akes; his wife Dora Lou Weston; and his son Billy Akes. He is survived by: his children, Russell Dilley (Brenda) of West Salem, Candie Belcher of Olney, Debbie Ross of Rochester, IN, Johnny Dilley (Shella) of Albion, Tammie Yealick (Terry) of Olney and Howard Akes (Robin) of Olney; and his sister Imogene Wyman of Xenia. He is also survived by Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandson.
