He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Xavier and Ida Kocher (Rennier); his son Gary Kocher; and his siblings, Helen Rennier, Serena Kaufmann, Henrietta Kocher (Elizabeth), Hildegarde Kocher (Theresa), Mary Ginder, Elmer Kocher, Ralph Kocher, Mildred Drewes, Harold Kocher and Myron Kocher.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Davidson of Olney; and his children, Herman Kocher, Jr., Steve Kocher (Linda), Dr. Jeff Kocher, Ron Kocher (Sandy), David Kocher and Janet Kocher. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the National Psoriasis Foundation.
