He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur Brown and Inez Viola (Hanna); his wife Glenna Maxine Keen; and his siblings, Carl Brown, Bill Brown and Pauline Poland.
He is survived by: his son George "Charlie" Brown Jr.; his grandchildren, Jay Brown (Kacie) of Olney, Jennifer Walker (Dustin) of West Liberty and Michael Brown (Kaitlynn) of Parkersburg; his sisters, Carolyn Sue Gill (Nelson) and Linda Combs; and his sister-in-law Janice Seaton. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
