It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank William Aldridge (Olney, Illinois), who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James John and Clara M. Aldridge (Canny); his wife Betty Jean Childers; his son-in-law Dave Steber; his grandson Joey Steber; and his siblings, Mable Urfer, Norman, George and Henry Aldridge.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Steber of Olney and Cindy Weger (Gary) of Oblong, Illinois.; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Weger of Oblong, Illinois, Sara Johnson (Tim) of Oblong, Illinois, Sherry Williams of Oblong, Illinois, Trent Smith of Sims, Illinois, Jeff Miller (Sam) of Shelburn, Indiana, Tina Steber of Florida and Lori Smith of Wayne City.
The funds will be used for the dedicated staff of the COVID-19 team, who have spent countless hours caring for the nursing home residents.
In loving memory of Frank, memorials may be made to dedicated staff of Newton Care Center and mailed to the Aldridge Family, 603 South Grant Street, Oblong, Illinois, 62449.
