He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Chamberlin and June Chamberlin (Mitchell); and his sister Cecyle Stacey. He is survived by: his children, Doug, Neil, Glen and Janet; his wife Betty L Herman; his brother Jerry (Carol); his grandchildren, Jeff, Luke (Keri), Lisa and Bradley (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Liam, Emily, Charlotte, Henry and Lily. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
