He is survived by: his children, Tanya Glenda Gemma (Joe) of Boonville, MO, Trish Gayer of Columbia, MO, Lisa Thompson (Ken) of Prairie Home, MO, Dennis Gayer (Deb) of Higbee, MO, Daryl Gayer of Olney, Robert Gayer of Tempe, AZ, Donald P. Gayer, Kenneth Gayer of Tempe, AZ and Scott Gayer of West Salem, IL. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
