He is survived by: his wife Debra McGowan of Olney; his children, Michael McGowan of Olney, Jamie Hinterscher (Wes) of Noble, Julie Angle (Brandon) of Olney and Gayla McGowan of Olney; his sister Mary Lynn McGowan of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Taylor Angle, Emmalynn Angle, Sadie Angle, Caden Hinterscher, Trenton Hinterscher, Abigail Alldredge, Leah Miller, Kyndall McGowan and Kila Brown; and his great grandchildren, Lukas Brown and Nolan Brown.
