He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Ready and Esther Pauline Ready (Smith); his siblings, Robert, Gary and Phyllis Pauline; and his son Kevin Alan.

He is survived by: his wife Stella Ready; his uncle John; his aunt Lois; his friend Wayne; his sons, Robert Ready (JoLinda), Tracy Ready and Charlie Ready (Amy); his grandchildren, Sydney, Payton and Lucas; and his cousin Marylin Larson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
