He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Ham of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Erik, Karen and Jessica Ham; his daughters, Donna Stone of Smithfield, VA and Dianna MeJean of Las Vegas, NV; his granddaughter Karolyn Campos; his children, Cathy Dittman (Scott) of Aurora, IL, James M. Miller of Olney and Ann Parker (Darril) of Owensville, MO; his grandchildren, Kaytee and Daniel Mitchell; and his sisters, Lorena Kensler (Richard), Jayne Rogers and Evelyn Abernathy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
