Willis (Olney, Illinois), born in Flora, Illinois, who passed away on February 22, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Devore and Edith Devore (Chambliss). She is survived by: her children, Paula Gwen Mueller (Todd), William Joseph Willis (Teresa), Mary Elizabeth Wileaver (Eric) and Sandra Jo Willis of Watertown, MA; and her grandchildren, Melissa Ann Willis, Audra Nicole Craghead, Brian Eric Wileaver and Andrea Shaun Channer. She is also survived by her parents and was the last of nine brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Clara E. Willis Memorial Nursing Scholarship Fund at the First National Bank in Olney for graduating students at Richland High School who are pursuing an education in nursing.
