She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Hahn (Iaggi) and Otto Hahn; her spouse W. "Bill" Combs; her sisters, Jane, Marge, Sylvia and Celestine; her brothers-in-law, Al Piercefield, Dean McCann and Leon Hough; her niece Kim Brummitt; and her nephews, Bill Newton and Jim Zerkle.
She is survived by: her sisters, Phyllis Rusk and Patty Roland; her brothers-in-law, Paul Rusk, Huey Brummitt and Ron Buckland; and her children, Debra, Douglas (Terri) and Jean Henry (Rex). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and one great-great- grandson.
