She was predeceased by: her parents, Brucie Orval Webber and Alberta Mowrer (Blackford); her brother Billie Joe Webber; and her son-in-law Douglas Murray. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Piper; her children, Pamela Murray of Olney and Greg Piper (Susan) of Granger, IN; her grandchildren, Candice Murray (Matt Broussard) of Park City, UT, Chase Piper (Shanna Gatesman) of Chicago and Connor Piper of Chicago; and her brothers, Robert Webber (Cindy), Richard Webber (Kathy), Chris Mowrer (Linda) and Arlie Mowrer. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
