She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Linder and Grace (Shive); her brothers, Jerry Shive and Harold Shive; her son Jeffrey Blackford; and her grandson Dustin Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Manfred "Fred" Ostrander; and her children, Donna Brown (Robin) of Olney, Phillip Blackford (Kathleen) of Seymour, TN., Grace Knowlton (Lawrence) of Olney and Jennifer Stanley (Kish) of West Salem.
