She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe VonAlmen and Lela VonAlmen (Craig); her spouse Carroll H. "Red" Phillips; her siblings, Evelyn Durham and Danny Von Almen; and her siblings-in-law, Bernard Durham and Hazel VonAlmen.
She is survived by: her sons, Carroll Phillips, Jr. (Teresa) of Olney and Cary Phillips (Terri) of Olney; her stepgranddaughter Danielle Dal Santo; and her brothers, Bernard VonAlmen of Bone Gap, IL and Ronald VonAlmen of Olney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
