She was predeceased by: her husband Johnnie Poland; her parents, Roy Z Cook and Mildred L. Cook (Earnst); her brothers, Kenneth Cook and Roger Cook; her stepson John Poland; and her siblings-in-law, Dewey Poland, Ronnie Poland, Lonnie Poland, Buelah Paddick, Dorothy Clark and Mary Randall.
She is survived by: her daughter Dana Seessengood (Jeremy Ginder) of Olney; her grandchildren, Rachel Seessengood, Holden Ginder of Olney, Kyle and Jacob Poland of Las Vegas, NV; and her siblings, Roy Cook of Bridgeport, IL, Robert Cook of St. Francisville, IL, Clark Cook of Bridegeport, IL and Sheila Hoh of Delaware, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
