He is survived by: his fiancée Diana Weaver; his fiancée's daughters, Julie Miller (Doug) and Michelle Drake (Greg); his sister Carol Hazel (Joy); his nephew Mark Hazel (Lori); his brother-in-law Doug Neller; and his nephews, Matthew and Bob. He is also survived by several great-nephews and niece.
