He was predeceased by: his parents, William Travis Pannell Sr. and Louise Pannell; his son William Travis Pannell III; his stepson Terry McDonald; and his grandson Ryan Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pannell; his daughter Susan Jones (Richard); his stepdaughter Amy Lazzell (Robert); and his grandchildren, Ashley Lyons, Garrett, Hunter Brooks and Justin Clark. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
