He was predeceased by: his siblings, Leona Hohlt, Raymond Hettenhausen, Henry Hettenhausen, John Hettenhausen and Elmer Hettenhausen.
He is survived by: his parents, Henry Hettenhausen and Caroline Hettenhausen; his wife Eunice Hettenhausen of Okawville; his son Jim Hettenhausen (Stacey) of Okawville; his granddaughters, Megan Hettenhausen and Taylor Hettenhausen; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Hettenhausen of Centralia, IL and Ruth Barto (Art) of Springfield, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter's Building Fund or to the Mascoutah 700 Bowling Club and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
