He was predeceased by: his children, Robin and Robert; and his siblings, Karl Matzenbacher (Elma), Milton, Winifred Klingenberg (Wallace), Nedra, Doris Valian (Jack), Janet Schwankhaus (Ardell) and Elizabeth Brinkman (Harry).
He is survived by: his wife Pat Matzenbacher of Okawville; and his stepchildren, Toni Young, Alan Evans, Cheri Cody and Kent Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends.
