He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Going and Regina Going; his brother Lloyd Going; his nephew Mathew Going; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Loretta Wilke; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Going, Shelley Wilke and John Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Going of Nashville, IL; his children, Bradley Going of Nashville and Janel Shelby (Brian) of Murray, KY; his granddaughter Zatanna Shelby of Murray; his siblings, Ronald Going of Nashville and Katherine Rogers of Godfrey, IL; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Going of Addieville, IL, Karen Wilke of Okawville, Kenneth Wilke (Ruth Ann) of Nashville, Earl of Okawville, Robert of Okawville, David Wilke of Okawville, Ronald Wilke of Olney, IL and Marvin Wilke (Leah) of Griggsville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. John Cemetery fund or to the St. John Building fund and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
