Regina Kraus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina Kraus of Okawville, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chwarczinski and Anna Chwarczinski; her former spouse Evans W. "Shorty" Nagel; her husband Rudolph Kraus; her son Billy Nagel; and her siblings, Leo, Frank, John, Joe, Ben, Ray, Steve, George, Sophie Krzyanoski, Clara Cimoch, Alex and Genevia.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Skorch (David) of Mt. Vernon; and also, Doris Styninger of Okawville, Glenn Kraus of Okawville, Sheila Pruehsner (Dennis) of Okawville and JoAnn Ingram (Jim) of Clearwater, FL. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and Billy's children, granddaughters, and great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
