Rebecca Schambon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Schambon of Okawville, Illinois, who passed away on February 16, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph "Lefty" Schambon and Elnora "Shorty" Schambon; her nephew Nathan Bergmann; and her uncle Clarence Schambon. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandra Turner (Chris) of O'Fallon, IL, Tammy Bergmann (Tim) of Okawville and Floyd Schambon (Barbara) of Kentucky; her nieces and nephews, Jarid Lichtenfels (Kim), Travis Lichtenfels, Molly Bergmann, Brittany Hasheider (Nathan), Christine, Clayton, Elise, Amanda and Ross Schambon; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Blayke, Reid Lichtenfels, Ayla, Morgan Lichtenfels, Olivia, Sadie Bergmann, Addison, Emmerson and Coleson Hasheider; and her aunt Audrey Schambon of Houston, TX. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Okawville Senior Center and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
