It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Campbell (Okawville, Illinois), who passed away on July 10, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Campbell and Mildred Campbell; and his siblings, Jerry, Billy, Raymond Jr. and Judith Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Oakley; his children, James Campbell of Okawville and Angela Shope (David) of Murphysboro, IL; his sisters, Elaine Rounds (Eddie) of Corning, AR, Janie Ward (Gaylon) of Corning, AR and Fay Holcomb (Gary) of Marmaduke, AR; his grandchildren, Jacob Shope (Rachel), Dylan Shope, Taylor Shope, Cassie Shope and Ashlyn Shope; and his great grandchild Beau Shope.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lighthouse of Hope Church and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
