He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank Karg and Anna Green; his brothers-in-law, Russell Green, Keith Patton and Everett Ostendorf; and his nephews, Ricky J. Karg and Terry Green.
He is survived by: his parents, Carl C. Karg and Frances Karg; his spouse Dolores Ostendorf; his children, David Karg, Gary Karg and Kathy Karg of Addieville, IL; his siblings, Carl D. Karg of Murphysboro, IL and Frances Patton of Oakdale, IL; his aunt Alice Shubert of Lively Grove; his sister-in-law Marie Ostendorf of Addieville; and his godchildren, Jeri Hausmann and Carl K. Karg.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. John Building Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
