He is survived by: his parents, John Klapetzky and Ursula Klapetzky of Mascoutah; his siblings, Fred Klapetzky (Tammy) of Okawville and Margareta Dafoe of Pensacola, FL; his niece Allison Farina (Andrew); his great-nephew Tobias of Greenwood, IN; and his nephew Nicholas Dafoe of Mascoutah.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Okawville Community Church and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
