It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Lee Bergmann of Okawville, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bergmann and Pauline Bergmann; and his sister-in-law Claudette Bergmann. He is survived by: his daughters, Tisha Perry (Dennis) of Okawville and Angie Malone (Sam) of New Minden, IL; his grandchildren, Eric Perry (Gabriella), Alex, Abby, Aiden Perry, Dylan and Jessica Malone; his great grandchild Lucas Perry; his siblings, Gary Bergmann (Amy) of Addieville, Marsha Bergmann of Addieville, Keith Bergmann of Venedy, IL, Jeff Bergmann (Wendy) of Oakdale, IL and Lisa Wiedwilt (Gary) of Addieville; and his aunt Darlene Bergmann of Nashville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Campagna Funeral Home - Okawville (700 S Front St, Okawville, IL 62271). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Addieville Community Club or to the family of Larry Bergmann and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
