She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Sr. Kuhn and Betty Kuhn; her husband Gary Hackstadt; her grandson Tanner Hackstadt; her brother Chip Kuhn; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne and Peggy Hackstadt.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Papenberg (Steve) of Red Bud, IL, Chad Hackstadt (Paula) of O'Fallon, IL, Kent Hackstadt (Amber) of O'Fallon, IL and Cortney Nelson of Okawville; her grandchildren, Ryker, Karys Papenberg, Chase, Brant Hackstadt, Charli, Catch Hackstadt, Gracie and Rylan Nelson; and her sister-in-law Cindy Kuhn of Okawville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
Due to Covid-19 health concerns, restrictions will be followed. Face coverings will be required, and social distancing measures will be implemented, with a limited number of visitors in the church at any one time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter's Sunday School program or to the charity of the donor's choice and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
