Joyce McSparren Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce McSparren of Okawville, Illinois, born in Sinclairville, New York, who passed away on May 18, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Childs and Edith Childs; her husband Claud L. McSparren; her son James C. McSparren; and her sisters, Beth McKoon, Hazel Turner and Ruth Campbell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Grigsby of Okawville and Lisa Kihlstadius of Ravenden, AR; her brother Wayne Childs (May) of Marana, AZ; and her grandchildren, Chris, Michael Grigsby, Emmy and Jon Kihlstadius. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
