He is survived by: his parents, Gary Evenden of Jackson, MI and Sandy Phillips (Don Sr.) of Johannisburg, IL; his brother Joe Evenden (Sarah); his nieces and nephews, Nora and Haddie of South Carolina; his stepsiblings, Steven Phillips of Nashville, TN, Donald Phillips Jr. of Johannisburg and Christina Phillips of Steelville, IL; and his nephew Brendan. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
