He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Brammeier and Mabel Brammeier; and his brothers-in-law, Andrew and Stephen Ratermann. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Brammeier of Nashville; his sons, Brian Brammeier (Genevieve) of Pinckneyville, IL, Michael Brammeier of St. Louis and Curtis Brammeier; his grandchildren, Zoey, Tyler and Dylan Brammeier; and his siblings-in-law, Marcellus Ratermann (Milly) of San Marcos, CA, Alfred Ratermann (Virginia) of Breese, Cletus Ratermann (Debbie) of Breese, Matthew Ratermann (Karen) of Aviston, IL, Betty Sligar (Bill) of Breese and Barbara Ratermann of Germantown, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Irvington Food Pantry or to the Washington County Animal Control and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
