He was predeceased by: his father Raymond. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Powers (Matt) of Venedy.

Memorials made in memory of Eugene may be made to the Washington County Animal Control and will be received at Nordike Funeral Home, 15 E. Hanover St., New Baden, IL 62265 who is serving the family.
