He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Miller and Grace Miller (Warner); his stepchildren, Jeff and Kelli; and his granddaughter Amanda.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Bohn-Benton; his sister Joy Swabb (Jack); his daughters, Dee Hammer (Dennis), Darcy Weatherley (Jeff), Krista Smothers and Regan Harmon; and his stepdaughters, Lisa Robinson (Marty) and Kim Paslay (Larry). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
