He was predeceased by: his grandparent Carlock; his mother Carol Gates; and his daughter Teah Gates. He is survived by: his father William Gates; his sisters, Sherry Maldonado and Tracie Veliz; his daughters, Taylor and Tori Kenny-Gates; and his grandchildren, Grayson Hyde and Rory Gates. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
