He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Rutkowski and Helen Rutkowski (Narczewski); and his siblings, JoAnne Rutkowski and Alfred Rutkowski Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Zellmer of Oglesby; his children, Shannon Gorisek (David) of Mark, Andrew Rutkowski (Elise) of Lisle and Kevin Rutkowski (Katie) of Elburn; his grandchildren, Kyle, Hannah Gorisek, Aiden, Evan, Annalynn and Brynn Rutkowski; and his brother Edward Rutkowski (Janice) of Spring Valley.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Special Olympics, Muscular Dystrophy Association or to the family for memorials to be established at a later date.
