He is survived by: his wife Margaret Yucus of Oglesby; his son Richard Foster, Jr. (Jen) of Mechanicsville, VA; his grandsons, Jacob, Trent and Mitch Foster; and his siblings, John Foster of Princeton, Keith Foster of Peru, Jerry Foster (Linda) of Seatonville, Judy Piscia (Tom) of LaSalle and Shari Piccatto (Lee) of Granville.
