She was predeceased by: her daughter Jane Piletic; and her brothers, Andrew and John. She is survived by: her parents, Andrew Vasicak and Stella Vasicak (Rafalski); her spouse Victor Mozina; her daughter Mary Ellen O'Connor (Reed Popovich) of Carlsbad, CA; her son-in-law Terry Piletic of Oglesby She; her cousins, Hank and Joyce Prosinski of Peru; and her nieces and nephews, Rick Truskoski, Ann Riva, Michael Prosinski, Amy Golightly (Prosinski), Sandy Marini (Mozina), Suzie Hancock (Mozina), Steve Mozina, Kevin Creiger, Bridget Suarez and Erica Burgess.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Holy Family Church 311 N. Woodland Ave. Oglesby, IL 61348 for stained glass renovation or the donor's choice.
