He was predeceased by: his brother Ermin "Zaggy" Zamin. He is survived by: his children, Alan Zamin (Karen) of Arlington Heights, Michael Zamin (Sue) of Peru, Randy Zamin (Laurie) of Gurnee, Gregory Zamin (Shelly) of Waxhaw, N. C., Linda Cohn (Butch) of Waxhaw, N. C. and Sharon Buckle (Tom); and his sister Tecla Vasquez of Lacon. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to Holy Family Church in Oglesby or the donor's choice.
