She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rutledge and Myrtie Rutledge (Burr); her husband John Robert Sr.; and her son James Alan. She is survived by: her children, John Robert Urbino Jr. of Oglesby, Debra Jo Chasteen (Dale E.) of Oglesby and Mary Beth Urbino of Oglesby; her grandchildren, Dale Chasteen Jr., Jamie Urbino and Joseph Urbino; her great grandchildren, Angell, Silas, Cheyanne Chasteen, Sophia, Victoria Muro, Hayden, Everly and Mason Urbino; and her sister Mary Oloffson (Gary) of Princeton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
