She was predeceased by: her parents, John Entwistle and Blanche Entwistle (Wentworth); her husband Lester Hegland Jr.; her son Frank Hegland; her grandson David L. Bland; and her granddaughter-in-law Leigh Bernabei.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann O'Connell (Brendon) of La Salle, George Hegland (Carol) of Oglesby, Roger Hegland (Debra) of Ottawa and Ed Hegland (Lesley) of La Salle; her grandchildren, Tina Bland (Michael), Todd Hegland (Elizabeth), Jason Bernabei, Chad Hegland (Vannessa Williams) and Joseph Hegland (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Nicole Walters (Tyler), Cortney Bland, Michael Bland Jr., Ashlee Simmons (Stephen), Kelly Golden (William) and Emery Mae Hegland; and her great great grandchildren, Sammy Hegland, Kairi Hegland, Alina Hegland, Eisen Williams, Levi Bland, Avery Walters, Ben Bland, Maddison Bland, Hayden Bland and Elizabeth Golden.
