He was predeceased by: his parents, John Falassi and Alda Falassi (Usseglio). He is survived by: his brother William Falassi (Nancy) of Utica; his niece Sue Terzick (Troy) of LaSalle; and his great-nephews, Ty, Brock and Jake.
