She is survived by: her spouse William Bernard Blair Jr.; her mother Velma Yepsen of Princeton; her son William Joseph Blair of Oglesby; and her siblings, Valerie Griffin (Gary) and Jerry Yepsen (Mary). She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and her friend.
