He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Virginia Johnson (Keen); and his brother Bruce Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Ann Banich of Oglesby; his son Chris Johnson of Oglesby; and his sister Kathryn Stokvis of Peru. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
