We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2020 we had to say goodbye to William Roewe (OFallon, Illinois), born in East Saint Louis, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes; his siblings, Joseph "Bud" Roewe (Pearl), Charles Roewe (Dorothy), Evelyn Shank (Jim) and Rita Roewe; and his brothers-in-law, Lon Davis and Ken Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda "Dave" F. Davis; his children, Daniel (Ida), Doug, Donna Bader (Bruce) and Connie White; his sister Mary Lou Williams; his grandchildren, Jason Fix, Allyson Doty, Lindsay Fix Wong, Melissa Robertson, Matthew Roewe, Alexandra White and Jonathon; and his great grandchildren, Kyler, Maxwell Doty, Olivia, Reed Fix and Emma Robertson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A public visitation and funeral will be held once the pandemic-related mandates are lifted, and we are able to gather together to celebrate his life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to St. Vincent de Paul Society or in the form of Masses c/o St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Donations may be mailed to Wolfersberger Funeral Home.
